First: How to choose a regulator?
First of all, it depends on what type of electrical equipment you use. Normally, the load is not purely resistive. Therefore, in the actual selection, the regulated power supply should be reasonably selected according to the rated power, power factor and load type of the electrical equipment. Its output power should be left with appropriate margin, especially when the impulse load is selected, the margin should be larger. How to select the type is as follows:
_For pure resistive load such as incandescent lamp, resistor wire, electric furnace and other equipment, the power of regulator should be 1.5 times to 2 times of the power of load equipment.
Inductive and capacitive loads such as fluorescent lamps, fans, motors, pumps, air conditioners, computers, refrigerators, etc. The power of the regulator should be three times that of the load equipment.
_In the environment of large inductance and capacitance load, the starting current of load should be considered especially large (5-8 times of rated current), so the power of voltage regulator should be more than 3 times of the load power.

_When the power supply is turned on and started, do not disconnect the input and output connections of the power supply or the power supply at will, in order to prevent electric shock or other electrical safety accidents.
_The input and output wiring of the regulated power supply must be reasonably arranged to prevent trampling and wearing out, resulting in leakage accidents.
_Voltage stabilized power supply must be reliably grounded. The user is responsible for the electric shock or human injury caused by the operation of ungrounded wire.
_The ground of voltage stabilized power supply can not be connected to public welfare facilities such as heating pipeline, water supply pipeline and gas pipeline, so as to avoid infringing on the rights of third parties or causing harm.
(5) The input and output connections of the regulated power supply should be checked regularly to avoid loosening or falling off, thus affecting the normal use and safety of the three-phase regulated power supply.
_The selection of the connection line of the voltage regulator must reach the connection line which can bear enough current capacity.
_Regulator should be handled lightly to avoid severe vibration while working.

Installation and Use of Regulator
_Connect the regulator to the distribution board and install a fuse on the user's distribution board to ensure the safety of electricity consumption.
_Connect the power supply of the electrical equipment to the output terminal of the instrument. Pay attention to the rated input voltage value of the electrical appliances. The output of the three-phase transformer should be the same as that of the regulator.
Firstly, turn on the power switch of the regulator, and the working indicator light is on. Observe whether the voltmeter indication is normal. When the output voltage is normal, the voltage regulator can automatically adjust the voltage by switching on the power supply switch of the electrical equipment. When the electrical equipment is not used for a long time, please turn off the power switch of the electrical equipment to reduce power consumption and prolong the service life of the regulator.
_Regulator should not be overloaded. When the market voltage is low, the output capacity will be reduced, so the load of the regulator should be reduced accordingly.
_When electing electrical appliances with refrigerators, air conditioners, water pumps and other motor-operated equipment, the voltage stabilizer of more than three times the capacity should be selected so as to avoid starting current exceeding the fuse current of the voltage regulator or or overcurrent protection circuit breaker current making the fuse of the voltage regulator fuse fuse or circuit breaker trip or voltage drop too large to work.
The conductor connected with the voltage regulator should have enough load surface to prevent heating and reduce pressure drop. Voltage regulators with capacity over 2KVA are connected by terminals.
